Chicken w/ Vegetables
Chicken is an excellent protein source helping with cell, bone and hair
growth as well as brain function.
Broccoli--the ultimate antioxidant!
Eggs, especially organic ones, are a superb source of amino acids possible.
And the shell is a toxic-free calcium source.
Liver w/ Vegetables & Quinoa
Liver is great for combating skin conditions and promoting a healthy
metabolism.
Quinoa is a gluten-free grain high in protein, calcium, and iron.
Turnip greens are supercharged with nutrients great for joint health, immune
boosting and balancing metabolism.
Beefheart w/ Vegetables
Beef--skin healing, forming tooth enamel, hair growth-- a fantastic protein
source!
Beets (and turnip greens) are an anti-inflammatory because of their high
manganese content. Older dogs will benefit from this vegetable.
Cauliflower can act as a liver detox and an anti-carcinogen. It's also high
in fiber and Vitamin C.
Salmon w/ Vegetables
Pacific salmon--high healthy fish oils with Omega 3 fatty acids.

Tofu w/ Lentils and Veg
